All 3 had issues upon arrival. One didn't work at all, One the light didn't go on, One the light didn't go off. I asked to return the fully broken one. The company responded quickly saying yes. I continued using the other 2 clocks because I really needed the alarm clocks.About 2 weeks ago, the alarm on one stopped working. We learned that the hard way, of course. Now this morning, the alarm clock I use, the one whose light didn't go off, died. Over time the light had started to go off. So I could turn it on to see the time, which you could only see if you held the clock at an angle. This morning, I pushed for the light, and no matter what angle I held the clock I could not see the time. Then it went dead. The light would not go back on. I got up because I thought it was time. I figured the alarm was not going to work either. Daylight savings just happened yesterday, so the "look" of the light was not an indicator of the time. It turns out I got up an hour and 15 minutes early. Currently, the time displayed on my clock is 68:88. Not helpful.I am sure the company would/will let me return the remaining 2 broken clocks. But I feel I should share my experience. I was pleased when I ordered these alarm clocks. They had good reviews, were very reasonably priced, and we really needed 3 alarm clocks. Unfortunately, a month and a half later, we still need 3 alarm clocks. 3 clocks is not a large sample size, but as a consumer it is enough.I am hoping that the company pays attention and ups their quality control. ### ⭐⭐ it shouldn't be this hard! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2016* i have purchased and set alarm clocks before BUT the directions are in broken english and hard to follow.("time setting=press the function selection button(5) to set location time) {no identification of 'function selection button' and the #5 is on the diagram on the opposite side of the direction sheet with the chinese translation...} "press the button when the transfer/transfer month(1)to the desired setting time..."... i still don't know what the transfer/transfer month is!!no directions for changing c/f temp. the buttons to change hour or minutes change the numbers sporatically...1--2 3--4-------5-6----7 so it took a really long time to set time/alarm to correct time.... heaven forbid that i need to change the setting to an earlier time some morning!!nice color and delivery was pretty quick. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful *by R***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2017* Love this clock and just ordered two more for other rooms.
