These probiotics contain pcran which is very effective for bladder health. I combine these with a d-mannose supplement to treat uti symptoms and to maintain bladder health. I don't think I could live without these and they are so affordable!

This item is a life saver to me but you have to be mindful of the dosage, because I took 1 capsule because of my sensitive stomach which initially it's 2 capsule per day but that was too much for me so I ended up taking half of the capsule which was exactly what I needed so that's why it's a five . It's neutral in smell, easy to swallow, good quality, size is ok to me, energy level normal and taste is like vitamin c supplement

Very good deal other brands you only get a month supply with this one I got two . They’re easy to swallow. They don’t have a smell and so far they seem to relieve pain I have sometimes due to obvious reasons of every day life for females. I didn’t notice a taste at all and the color is not offputting I would say these are great quality and I will be buying again

This probiotic is great! Its affordable and checks all my boxes as a woman. This helps with both gut health and vaginal health! as someone who struggles with BV, this is a great addition to my regime.

This is by far one of the best cranberry pills I’ve used in my life, they work and they are easily digested and does not have any side effects and it does cleans the urinary tract. Wonderful product!

I absolutely love EVERYTHING Vh Essentials and I'm not just saying that to say that. VH Essentials is a very great brand. These vitamins works wonderfully for me and very affordable. If you're looking for a good probiotic/prebiotic that's affordable then I highly recommend you to buy these. Also they have cranberry in it which is a plus.

Idk I wanted to like these because I used this brand before, the ph body wash and loved it. I use Uro. Uro is so effective for me but expensive so I wanted to try another vaginal prebiotic. I am currently on the depo shot and haven’t had a period in about a year. I took these and the next day I am spotting and cramping and this is the only change I have recently made so it has to be this prebiotic. Before I tried these, I was taking Uro for about 4 months and never had spotting or cramping. But I’m not saying it’s a bad product because it clearly works for a lot of women, just not for me unfortunately.
