Not so sure it does anything for me ,not so good for a mechanic to wear ,it get pretty dirty fast and collect all the debris in the air when your grinding .not so easy to clean.

I like these necklaces and bracelets (Magnetx). Do they relieve pain? I really have no idea. Sure - I guess it does - If thats what you want to hear then yeah they relieve pain. I honestly don't know if they do anything other than act like a necklace or bracelet does. They look good - I like them - and I can always tell someone that I'm aligning my Magnetic Aura with the poles of the Earth to enhance my .... Uh - Enhance my enhancement? Whatever. If you like these necklaces and bracelets then buy several of them they look good :)
