Will this side sleeper pillow really relieve my neck and shoulder pain?

Had neck pain for years and after purchasing this pillow went away after the first night. I'm a side and back sleeper and it is perfect! It supports my neck when I'm on my side and it elevates my head slightly when I'm on my back. It has improved my sleep and I don't wake up in the morning with any neck or shoulder pains. This neck pillow actually works!
