Review: Really nice cheese molds - I am very happy with these cheese molds. I think they are the perfect size for small quantity batches of cheese. I am using them for the authentic fig cheese, using a fig twig and leaves, and they work beautifully. I would recommend them.
Review: Best slow strainer for ricotta! - Great for making a tub of ricotta cheese: 1/2 g milk and 1 c cream heated to 208 degees, off heat add 2 tsp salt cool to 110 degrees, add 1/2 tsp rennet diluted in 2 tbs water, wait 12 minutes. Stir VERY slowly with holey spoon, then ladle curds into container. Nice design after draining 1 hr. Yum!

I am very happy with these cheese molds. I think they are the perfect size for small quantity batches of cheese. I am using them for the authentic fig cheese, using a fig twig and leaves, and they work beautifully. I would recommend them.
