I’m very happy with this machine. I have arthritis in my hands, and my doctor suggested I get one. The warmth feels so good on my hands , and it softens my hands at the same time!

The product stopped working in the middle of the first use. It wouldn't melt the wax, even on the highest heat setting and after leaving it on for over an hour!Also, as other reviewers have pointed out, the wax expired in July of 2024! It is now March! Instead of not sending expired wax, they just put a sticker over the expiration date!

I bought it to use it as part of my hand therapy. The temperature recommended is perfect and it only takes a few minutes to cool down to 131F from the max temperature needed to melt the paraffin. But it takes over one hour to melt the paraffin. I never had a paraffin machine before so I can't compare this to any other one.In the machine I got, the lights in the ON/OFF switch and Temp indicator don't work correctly but I realized the problem after I had all the paraffin already inside. Otherwise I would have requested a replacement.

Wax gets very hot. Almost too hot to use. Let the wax cool down before using to prevent burns.

I only received it yesterday but so far I’m enjoying it.
