I recently purchased a resistance band for exercise, and it has become an essential part of my fitness routine. This simple yet effective fitness tool has exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the convenience of a resistance band cannot be overstated. It’s incredibly portable, making it easy to incorporate workouts into my busy schedule. These bands are great and the difference in resistance can be felt in every band. Good replacement for gyms and best for home workouts or carry with you wherever you go!

Some of the bands in the set are damaged. Overall quality is not good and the rubber used is of cheap quality. I tried to complain to get the item returned or replaced, but they have no return policy. There is literally no logic in putting such items under no return policy, so that should have raised a red flag before I ordered. Anyways, my money is wasted, please save yours

Using them since a month. Good elasticity and durability. 2 good quality door seals are provided. Edit: I've reviewing it again after 1 year and 3 months. I've used it almost daily for around 8 months for many exercises. They are sturdy and, elastic and durable. Now 2 bands are damaged yellow and purple one. I've bought another pieces of them. But I feel they lasted really well considering their rigorous use.
