Works Great!
Definitely not for those who have difficulty with technology, but if you are someone who is technologically savvy then I recommend this. It just took me a half hour of fiddling to figure it out and get everything calibrated. After that I was printing my first label! Really great price and quality for price!

What software do I need to download?
I have a Macbook and hooked up the printer and attempted to use the preset Zebra CPL printer software. When I ran a test print the labels started printing thousands of zeros and on one page it said "NOW IN DUMP MODE" How do I use this label printer correctly!? I think I need a downloadable driver but where is the link for that?

I recently received the Artestia Thermal Label Printer, and it has truly transformed my shipping process for the better. As an avid online seller, I handle numerous packages on a daily basis, and this printer has become an invaluable tool in my business operations.First and foremost, the printing quality of this label printer is exceptional. The 4x6 labels it produces are clear, crisp, and professional-looking. The thermal printing technology ensures that the labels are smudge-free and have a long-lasting print, eliminating the need for ink cartridges or toners. This not only saves me money but also guarantees that my labels won't fade or smudge during transit, providing a reliable presentation to my customers. The setup process was incredibly simple and straightforward. Within minutes of unboxing, I had the printer up and running, ready to print labels. The Artestia Thermal Label Printer is compatible with major shipping platforms, and I found it seamless to integrate it with my preferred software. The provided software was user-friendly, allowing me to customize and edit my labels with ease. One standout feature of this printer is its speed. It can swiftly print multiple labels in a matter of seconds, which significantly improves my productivity. I no longer waste time waiting for slow printers or dealing with paper jams. The Artestia Thermal Label Printer has proven to be reliable, consistent, and efficient, allowing me to fulfill orders quickly and keep my customers satisfied. The durability of this printer is worth mentioning as well. It is built to withstand heavy usage and has proved its resilience over time. Works- Definitely not plug and play. - Instructions not useful, CD only for PCs - not Mac.
This printer takes a LOT of research to get it working properly on a Mac, Instructions are useless. No labels included with machine so you need to buy labels to test the printer.Labels don't always start printing on top of labels without a lot of fiddling around and manually placing the labels in the right spot each time you start to print a label. You'll tend to waste labels while setting up printing on this machine. To adjust the contrast and printer defaults on Mac you need to install CUPS on your system.I think if you're comfortable with fiddly set up and have time to do it, you'll learn how to use this printer and it'll work for you.

Great little printer.
I know that some of the vine people had issues with this printer. One of them said it didn’t have Bluetooth, which is true, but it doesn’t say that it has Bluetooth! Why would you expect it to have Bluetooth. Another complained about the USB A-B cable (included). I hate to tell you, honey, all printers connect to your computer by a USB A-B printer (unless you pay extra for WiFi or Bluetooth). Lastly, one user complained that the printing was too light. All Thermal printers come with a darkness setting of 8 (out of 16). Just click that up to 9-12 range and your labels will be fine. Now on to my review. I have 3 other models/ brands of thermal printers. So, I know a bit about these machines.Installation: the installation software comes on a disc, but there is a QR code to download the drivers printed on the front of the disc. Installation was quite straight forward. First, run the software. Second, connect your printer, done. I’d recommend setting the “stock” and “options” to match your labels.Comparison: the only printer that I have that beats this $60 printer is my Zebra gxt 420, but of course that is a $400 -$600 printer. This printer beats the Beeprt (sold under many brand names) and even my old Zebra LP2844.Daily Use: The printer labels are super easy to load! There is this brilliant label track that I wish all Thermal printers. When you close the printer cover, the label lines itself up automatically. The labels print VERY quickly!I have printed several hundred labels on these printers already and have really had no issues except one. However the Artestia support team was very responsive and the helped me immediately.
