A good projector with the added benefit of Alexa control although I was unable to test that aspect. Remote is good and colours are great. Not the best sounding of speakers but suitable for low volume or for a child's room.

This projector was delivered qucikly and in good quality packaging. It has many different settings and features which is good, and it lights up very bright. It is a good size for the kid's bedroom, and your kids will definitely love it. I love the different colours and effects and I think it looks really cool. I highly recommend and good value for money.

This galaxy projector comes boxed with instructions, remote (which takes 2 AAA batteries, not included) and USB-C power cable. Thankfully the USB cable is a standard one so you can swap it out for one of your own if it's too short for you. You need to provide your own power supply - anything with a USB port will do e.g. a wall charger, power bank or laptop.The projector itself is a plastic tub with the projection elements on top - the galaxy projection comes from the crystal dome and the stars come from a green laser. These are what makes the projector unsuitable for young children unless they can be trusted not to look directly at the laser. The stars can be turned off if you want the display to be easier on the eyes, which is what I usually do. The galaxy projection is more of a watery smoky display and can be set to a single colour or multiple colours, sped up or slowed down, or switched off entirely. The remote is simple to use and covers all the basic functions efficiently enough - I use it mainly to turn the stars off and to set the animation speed.It's the wi-fi capability that makes this projector a bit more modern. I have very similar projectors that look exacly the same but they don't have wi-fi. It's easy to connect the projector up to the app, which again is a standard one (Smart Life / Tuya Smart), very handy if you have other smart devices. The app requires a bit of experimentation but allows far better colour control than the remote so is worth playing with.The projector also has built in speakers so can play music via a USB memory stick or bluetooth. Many projectors only have bluetooth, so it's nice that there's a USB-A port for a memory stick too. The speakers aren't too bad - my wife uses the projector in the daytime just as a radio, streaming music from her phone.The main downside of this upgraded projector is the same as the original model - the display only points up. The projection is fixed and can't be angled or rotated, which gives a lot less flexibility over positioning than some other projectors. The galaxy display while attractive is also not quite as spacey as some other projectors and has no third projection element (e.g. a moon) so the main selling points for me are the music playback and app control. Because of those I am very happy to have this projector.

This Galaxy projector is brilliant. I had a few different ones in the past and this one is one of the best ones I’ve had.You download the app and can control it from the app As has Wifi and smart App control. It works with Alexa and Google assistant.It has a music speaker so you can play your favourite songs from the projector speaker via your phone.It projects lovely colours On the ceiling and surrounding area.It has voice control.The remote control requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included)I definitely recommend this projector 👍🏻

A lovely projector, very fun to use, keeps the kids engaged and happy, beautiful patterns and colours produced, does not heat up and does not make sounds, great in size, great remote control effects, rapid response, has helped the kids to sleep definitely. Very pleased overall. Bluetooth to phone is amazing, alexa integration is very useful and unique.

UPDATE: I’ve now owned this 3 months, for the entirety of that time I never managed to stop the speaker saying ‘Bluetooth Mode’ after every switch on and in recent weeks its done it more frequently until yesterday when the whole machine failed to turn on. It has broken in just 3 months, I’ve owned cheaper that have lasted much longer so therefore I would not recommend this product any longer. I’ve left my original review below.END OF UPDATE*This projector is very calming and atmospheric especially at night, falling asleep under the stars is always a pleasant treat! And this projector does a good job, it’s fairly well made and the fact it works with Alexa is a big plus for me.The only issue I have is it initially wouldn’t stop saying ‘Bluetooth mode’, very annoying! I got it to stop but unsure how?! Now it says it every time I turn it on. Not sure why as I couldn’t figure out if this is the norm but it’s not a huge deal. Otherwise it’s a great little unit.
