The delivery company called ahead of time to confirm the day of the delivery and it arrived in 5 large boxes (between 30 and 100lbs) on a downstairs at my apartment. Some of the boxes were banged up on the outside but fortunately no damage to the contents.Getting it to my apartment and assembly is quite a project but the instructions are clear if you take your time and it took about 15 hours over 3 days. I think it would be quicker if I had more help along the way to organize parts and lay things out for the next steps.For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the MDF wood and the bed frame. Mounted into the wall it really feels very sturdy. I wouldn’t bet it would hold up under with commercial use or a decade as a primary bed but perfect for a guest bed.My only complaint was some of the hardware was unsorted in a big bag. It took some a while to sort them out and confirm I had everything and what each one was before I got started.Design 5/5Value 4/5Assembly 3.5/5 ### ⭐ IKEA quality without the IKEA price *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2019* It’s like IKEA quality without the low Ikea price or simple instructions. The final product looks great but it’s cheap and it’s confusing and frustrating to assemble and even more frustrating to receive. Pay attention to the fact that unless you pay extra for shipping, they will drop it at the curb; period. Our shipper arrived 5 days late and then put it in the freight elevator and left. (A 500+ pound box) We were told we were lucky he got it that far! Also, some parts broke on assembly because of the cheap materials. It only comes with wood screws to fasten it to the wall so if you need to attach it to masonary or metal studs be ready to head to the hardware store or buy them in advance.
