I have tried quite a few helmets for under $120. this is the best. This is the lightest helmet I have tried. It has great look. It has a snug fit on my average oval head (It's a little tight, which is good and the use will mold it perfectly). It has good ventilation, although it is noisy. Vents, front guards, and sun shield move smoothly. There is a place for headphones in the shield.Sun shield covers the whole view field but is not dark to protect from the sun, nonetheless, it allows the use of sunglasses. The clear shield is exchangeable with other low-end helmets. Brand labels (painted and non-remobable are a little "loud", but it will be a great summer helmet

Great helmet for the price. Quality, fit and feel are way higher than I expected. Good padding and comfort, the only thing that let it down slightly was the sun shield, it could have been darker in my opinion. I would recommend this helmet and would definitely buy again 👍👍

Fits well. Cannot beat the price and is super comfy. I haven't experienced the air noise through the vents yet going 50 on the atv. Time will tell!

For a first time helmet buyer I don't have much experience. But I followed sizing instructions and read reviews and decided on one size up from the chart. I was very wrong, I messured a small but the medium is extremely tight. I can barely get my head through. It's too snug when I put it on to which is uncomfortable. I will be exchanging for a larger size (Large).Otherwise it's functional. I can't really offer much Cons or positives I need more time with helmet.

I absolutely love this helmet. I went with a large which is what I wear in just about any helmet and it fits perfect. Very easy to use a beautiful lightweight and looks good. Definitely recommend

1st off, sizing charts. Amazon lists 1 set, Westt site is slightly different AND that difference will put you from 1 size to another. I am a solid 56cm,,,Amazon site suggests Medium,,,Westt is a Small. I am typically a size small in helmets so went with getting a small. Arrived super fast & in great condition from Amazon!2nd, Out of the box, tag easy to see , marked as 2022 Production, so fresh helmet! Finish appears to be a solid 10 of 10, All vents work properly (so far). Visor clicks & stays in all positions.(so far). Haven't noticed any blems in paint or decals.3rd, the fit. It's definitely a snug to put on helmet and that's EXACTLY what's needed. SNUG does NOT MEAN too tight!! At least for me, as all helmet padding breaks in & compresses with use. But with that being said, once it's on, this helmet feels very nice! Sits aligned on head ear pockets are even and roomy.Wore around house for awhile to see if any pressure points popped up, but didn't have any (so far).Temps are finally reaching 90 degrees here in Indiana , and I ride behind a full windscreen, so not expecting much in the way of a "cool helmet" with huge air flow, but have been riding for 30 plus years so nothing I'm not expecting to be different.I do plan on installing an internal headset speaker system and not expecting any fit issues, but will update if I do have any.Overall it appears to be a good beginner / spare helmet, although this will become my daily worn helmet.The only deducted star would be that this particular helmet is VERY squeeky !! The slightest pull on lower part as you put it on produces ALOT of plastic squeeks . Its a minor issue for me as most sub 200$ lids will have some kind of tradeoff. Maybe its just this one helmet, who knows.Now they just need to make tinted outer visors!!

=> En suivant les instruction, j’ai reçu directement la bonne taille ! A basse vitesse j’ai souvent de la buée sur la vitre ( malgré les aérations ouvertes ). J’ouvre donc légèrement la vitre. Pour le reste, très bon casque au design sympa.

Erfahrungen mit Helmen:Ich fahre nun schon seit mehreren Jahrzehnten diverse motorisierte Zweiräder mit Helm. Von der Mofa bis zum Sporttourer war alles dabei. Dementsprechend viele Helme musste ich im Laufe der Zeit anschaffen. Der älteste Markenhelm an den ich mich erinnere war ein orangefarbener Römerhelm. Danach kamen noch viele andere Marken und Typen. Darunter waren auch Schubert- und Caberg-Klapphelme, diverse Integralhelme (Shoei, HJC, Arai, etc.) und einige Jethelme. Sämtliche Helme wurden in den Fachgeschäften von Hein Gericke, Louis oder Polo gekauft. Immer auf Empfehlung oder nach Test, immer mindestens mittlere Preislage. Stets wurden die Helme ausgiebig geprüft vor dem Kauf.Helmkauf in Pandemie-Zeiten:Jetzt, durch die Pandemie begründet, ist es schwer bis unmöglich Motorradzubehör im Laden vor dem Kauf unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Ich brauchte aber dringend einen neuen Integralhelm für ein Motorrad und versuchte es im Internet. Natürlich habe ich auch in den Fachgeschäften nachgeschaut. Dieser WESTT TORQUE X erfüllte scheinbar meine wichtigsten Anforderungen und war mit nicht einmal ganz 70€ mit Abstand der preiswerteste Helm seiner Art den ich fand. Ich wollte bei einem Blindkauf nicht viel Geld ausgeben. Einen "richtig guten" Helm wollte ich mir später im Laden kaufen wenn das wieder ginge. Das wird so schnell aber nicht nötig sein:Erfahrungen mit dem WESTT-Helm auf einem Touren-Motorrad mit höherer FrontscheibeBedingungen:Ich bin jetzt ca 1200km mit diesem Helm gefahren. Maximal 150 km/h beim Überholen - ansonsten ca. 130km/h auf der BAB. Überwiegend 70-100 Km/h auf Touren über Landstrassen. Niedrigste Temperaturen lagen bei ca. 2-3 Grad Celsius. Zusätzlich zum Helm habe ich eine normale schwarze Sturmhaube benutzt. Keine dicke Fleecehaube oder so etwas winterliches.Dichtigkeit:Nie habe ich an Nase oder Ohren gefroren. Und niemals zog es im Helm wenn das Visier geschlossen war. Der Helm gefällt mir richtig gut! Ich bin sehr überrascht über die hohe Qualität bei diesem Preis. Gummis pflege ich mit etwas Silikon.Passform:Bei mir in Größe L sitzt perfekt. Wie bei Amazon angegeben.Verschlüsse und Einstellungen:Kinnriemenverschluss erst auf richtige Länge einstellen aber dann funktioniert er tadellos. Der Verschlussknopf des Klappteils sitzt mittig vor dem Kinn und ist auch mit Handschuh noch gut zu öffnen. Das Sonnenvisier ist mit einem genügend großen Hebel auf der linken Helmseite auch bei der Fahrt rasch und sicher zu bedienen. Das eigentliche Helmvisier hat einen "Vorsprung" auf der linken Seite zur Verstellung. Ebenfalls mit Handschuhen gut zu ertasten und leicht zu verstellen.Offen fahren:Tempi bis ca 100 km/h bin ich auch schon mal ohne Probleme mit offenem Helm gefahren. Da zog und zerrte nichts und da wackelte auch nichts. Ich wollte das nur mal testen. Ich will so nicht öfter fahren. Er ist dafür aber wohl auch nicht freigegeben!Windgeräusche:Bei vollständig geschlossenem Helm treten nicht mehr Windgeräusche als bei meinen früheren Heimen auf. Aber erstens empfindet jeder Mensch so etwas auf seine eigene Weise und zweitens hängen die Windgeräusche von vielen weiteren Faktoren ab. Nicht zuletzt ja auch noch von der individuellen Gehörcharakteristik. Bequem finde ich den Helm auch und die Polster kann ich bei Bedarf heraus nehmen und waschen.Headset benutzbar:Ich mag keine Kommunikationseinrichtungen beim Motorradfahren. Nonverbale, notwendige Kommunikation gehört natürlich dazu. Aber unterhalten möchte ich mich beim Touren nicht. So geht es auch meinen motorradfahrenden Freunden und damit passt das. Ich nutze aber gerne ein Navi bei weiteren Touren. Optisch ist die Route oft schwer auf dem Display abzulesen und man ist ggf. abgelenkt vom Strassenverkehr. Daher navigiere ich primär über Sprachansage. Einige Touren bin ich darum mit einem kleinen Headset gefahren. Beim Helmaufsetzen bzw. -absetzen muss man etwas vorsichtig sein damit das Ding korrekt im Ohr sitzen bleibt. Aber es ging stets gut und das Headset schmerzte auch bei langer Fahrt nicht am Ohr.Probleme:Ja, auch bei mir ging schon relativ früh das Kinnteil kaum noch zu. Die Scharniere schienen schwergängig zu sein und auch der Kinnverschluss wollte nicht mehr richtig einrasten. Mit einer winzigen Menge Sprühöl habe ich vorsichtig die beiden Scharniere und den Kinnverschluss benebelt. Und dann mehrfach auf- und zu geklappt. Wie gesagt waren die Temperaturen unter 5 Grad Celsius. Das Öl bewirkte Wunder. 10 Mal auf und zu gemacht und es ging wie Butter. Besser als neu. Seitdem bin ich ca 1000 km bei Temperaturen von 5° bis ca 15°C gefahren. Der Helm schliesst immer noch ganz leicht und einwandfrei!Fazit:Ich habe war beim Kauf sehr skeptisch und habe einfach nicht mit einem so guten Helm zu diesem Preis gerechnet. Das will ich offen eingestehen. Von daher bin ich jetzt natürlich sehr angenehm überrascht und froh. Meine Empfehlung bekommt der Helm uneingeschränkt. Nur sollte er dafür sein Preisniveau (ca 75€) in etwa auch halten! Wenn er signifikant im Preis steigen sollte, wäre er für mich kein echter Tipp mehr und vermutlich würde ich mir dann eher einen gleichteuren Markenhelm online bei PoloLouisGericke kaufen. Ich bin jedenfalls froh einen richtig guten Helm zu einem sehr fairen Preis erworben haben.
