Brazilian Milky Leave-In Conditioner | Fights Frizz | Detangles | Heat Protection Spray For Hair

At first I thought I was going to hate this because I sprayed it on dry hair and it was wayyy too strong of a scent. I almost returned it. But I decided to use it as it’s actually intended which is in damp hair and I’m so glad I did. My hair soaked it up well and the scent was no longer overpowering, in fact it’s just barely noticeable which I appreciate because I have a sensitive nose. I like the nozzle has a fine but concentrated area of mist so it doesn’t get everywhere and is easier to get just on my hair. My hair feels more soft and moisturized using this. It feels lightweight like I really don’t feel it in my hair other than that my hair feels less frizzy and more smooth and shiny. It is a little spendy for me personally but I’m happy with the results. I use about 6 sprays for my really long thick hair but I only wash my hair twice a week so this should last me awhile. I have wavy hair and I feel like this really helps hold up the integrity of my waves when I air dry my hair which I also appreciate.

I own and love several Sol de Janeiro products in this scent. So when I saw that they had a leave in conditioner with the same Cheriosa 62 fragrance, I knew I had to try it. The conditioner comes in a 7oz plastic bottle with an easy to use trigger sprayer. I like that they include a push button-type lock on the sprayer incase I need to pack the bottle for traveling. Im also happy to see that I can recycle the bottle when it’s empty. As for the leave-in conditioning spray, I actually really like it. Yes it has that same fantastic scent that their iconic bum bum cream has, but it actually works well as a conditioner. Its lightweight formula leaves my hair feeling soft along with a bit of shine, without leaving any greasy residue behind. The scent does linger in my hair for a few hours, which I love because I catch whiffs of it now and then. Overall I am really glad I went ahead and ordered this Milky Leave-In Conditioner by Sol de Janeiro. It’s another product of theirs that works well for me, so I do plan on repurchasing it when the time comes.

My beloved item 🖤 I will be extremely upset if they ever discontinue it and will almost panic buy the stock if that happens. I was traveling recently and this item had broke in my bag, I decided to try out another product, and never in my life have I regretted using another large mainstream brand and IMMEDIATELY bought a replacement bottle of SDJ. The smell? Unreplaceable. Does not have an awful chemically smell that other brands (looking at you Moroccan Oil) Quality? Phenomenal Great for fine hair? Yes, just spray into your hand instead of freeballing it in your hair otherwise the hair may look like she is ready to try some chicken in a few days. I do not seeing this a problem with people with thick, drier, or more voluminous hair. I also extensively dye my hair and bleach it as well and it helps maintain my hair health. I will post a photo in my review of said example of my hair, but there is a LOT of coloring and bleaching going on in my end. This keeps my hair nice and healthy as the best as I can with all the damage I cause (lol) Softness? Also great, so noticeable that my fiancé knows immediately when I use it or not. This bottle lasts me quite a long time for its size, I only spray 2-3x on my hands for each side. Again, I have fine but thick head of hair and I was holding onto my first bottle for nearly a year before it had busted open because I didn’t pack it correctly. To mention as well, there is a lock on the nozzle for travel, which keeps it from spraying all over in your bag if you choose to travel with it.

I really like this leave-in conditioner! The scent is absolutely incredible—sweet, tropical, and it lingers in my hair all day. It makes my hair softer, easier to detangle, and helps control frizz without weighing it down. I also love that it has heat and UV protection built in. The only downside for me is the price for the size, and you do have to be careful not to use too much or it can feel a little sticky. Overall, it’s a treat for my hair and senses, and I’d definitely repurchase when I want to splurge.
