My favorite so far!
Great story! I think I even like this one better than the first. Of course, I've always had a thing for the tortured, broken bad boy. While Idra isn't neccessarily a bad boy, he is broken. His heart is borken, his will and desire for life is broken, his desire to find happiness is smothered under heartache and guilt. His guilt over his family's deaths isn't his to carry, but carry it he does. His life is one of solitude and isolation, until a human woman and her adopted son crash into his world. Jenna is a human woman who has finally succeeded in escaping the abusive living situation she had been captive to, along with the 3 year old son of her deceased best friend. Ray is a darling, sweet little boy with a wisdom far beyond his years. A wisdom that he shouldn't know, but he doesn't let his circumstances or past experiences drown his happiness and optomistic energy drown under his past. He's a happy little boy who exdues that happiness to others, an infectious happiness that they can't help but catch. Ray and Jenna bust into Idra's life and proceed to knocki down his walls, regardless of how much he fights against them. The three of them find a peace and happiness with one anothr that healos and sets them free. I really enjoyed reading their story and I look forward to reading what ever comes next in this series. Well done to the author!

One more attempt to escape from the self proclaimed leader of her human bunker with a toddler β¦ if caught she will probably be murdered. It is a sad state of affairs when power hungry humans are more cruel and deadly then the orcs who invaded the earth. At least you pray that they will not be the monsters you were told and they will help defend you.Especially now that there are Dark Fae invading also!

Thank you
The last book had me just (enough) happy, because it was a different read than most. It is set in the future and the over the top scientific theme to it.But....now I see where this is going. This book was excellent. The characters are wonderful and you can feel the sorrow and fear coming off the pages as you read them. Not only that but the overwhelming love and joy as well.Perfect!!

Loving Idra
I love this series and especially this story. Idra is a Orc warrior that keeps to himself after his wife and child were murdered. Then Jenna and a little boy named Ray comes into his life unexpectedly. They bring life back to him. But it's not easy with danger coming their way. They find their way to each other and protect each other and the child and form a loving family.

His Orc is worse than his bite(monster orcs of photneka book 2)
Jenna and Orc are a great couple. Heβs wife and son were murdered by a former orc soldier. He blames himself for their horrible murder. He finds Jenna and Ray in terrible situation and he saves them. The story was excellent with mystery and battles with the elves.
