Great coloring book definitely recommend for those that are fans of this movie.

My gf is a huge Nightmare before Christmas fan and she absolutely loves this. 43 and still loves to color.

Ok, so like the other reviews this book is not what I expected and I was hoping for a lot more (expectations way to high). I think a major problem (for me) is the main character (Jack) who is white, so when you have pages of just his face and the background being mostly blacked-out there is not a lot to color. Theres even pages with skeleton bones and black backgrounds so lets just say you would have to be really creative to color in this book. Maybe you can make Jack Blue. Maybe you'll make him green or Blue and Green, I think you get my meaning. Now you may ask why 4 stars and its because this book is still really cool, especially if your a fan of the movie or Disney (see other reviewers pics their pretty good). I love the wallpapers, even though theres a lot of them and the pages that do have characters are still pretty nice. Helpful hints: Don't pay full price, look around for a discount and when coloring in this book its best to think outside the box and again be creative. I actually made a copy of one of the pages and made it into a book cover I could doodle on. :)

Exactly what I was looking for

Awesome coloring book. If you love the movie like I do don't listen to the negative reviews. Think of the movie and think of the art style and the colors used in it. Is it a super bright colorful movie? No it's not. There is a lot of black and white in the movie like the coloring book. Seriously Jack, the doctor, the reindeer, and barrel are skeletons. The mayor has a white face that turns. Zero is a ghost. Think of the clothing Jack wears a tuxedo, the mayor a suit and top hat, barrel wears a black onesie with bones on it, the vampires wear black capes, and the doctor wears a white lab coat. There not alot of color in the movie. The cover of this book says 100 images to inspire creativity. To color in this book you must be creative and not go with traditional colors because those are black and white.
