## Features

- Built-in Yellow Drawers for Daily Essentials – Two bright yellow side drawers keep snacks, napkins, and kitchen tools organized and within reach, reducing counter clutter. The drop leaf folding dining table design folds into 3 forms: a full dining table for 2–6, a half-open console for work or coffee, or a compact folded unit at just 13" deep — answers buyers asking "can this fit in my small apartment?"
- Sturdy Plywood Build with Smooth-Rolling Casters – Built with quality plywood construction for lasting stability. Four swivel casters (2 with locking brakes) glide smoothly on carpet and hardwood floors, while adjustable feet keep the table level on uneven surfaces — answers buyers asking "does it wobble on my apartment floor?" This drop leaf table features a heat-resistant surface that allows you to place hot pots without worry, with a sturdy structure supporting up to 300 lbs of weight.
- Space-Saving Design with Chair Storage – Opens to 60"L x 31.5"W x 28"H to seat 4–6, then folds to just 13" deep for tucking against a wall or into a closet. The bottom storage rack holds up to 4 folding chairs, keeping your small apartment or kitchen, dining room, home office, studio, RV, dorm room, or compact living space organized — answers buyers asking "where do I put the chairs when not in use?" This folding kitchen table is designed to maximize space in a variety of living environments.
- Easy Assembly with Step-by-Step Guide – Includes a detailed manual and online assembly video. A power drill is recommended to speed up the process (typically 40–50 min). The foldable dining table features a heat-resistant, waterproof, and stain-resistant tabletop that wipes clean with a dry cloth — no special cleaning required. Durable metal hardware components provide reliable support and long-lasting use — answers buyers asking "is this hard to put together?"
- Versatile for Dining, Work & More – Use it as a dining table for family meals, a desk for remote work, or a serving station for parties. The grey finish blends with modern farmhouse and contemporary decor. Confirm your space: fully open 60"L, folded 13"L — fits kitchens, living rooms, and home offices.
