My new staple for backpacking!
This is my new favorite thing to bring backpacking. Went great in my protein shake and so tasty, it was a treat just by itself. The directions said use warm water, but using my blender bottle also did the trick to break down the powder.

Not Just for Diabetics

Perfect for keto waffles
This is one of the cheapest and lowest carb coconut flours I can find on here and is it high quality. I been using this to make keto waffles and planning to make other keto baked goods with this.

It helped add the right texture and it did NOT make everything taste like coconut
I had previously used almond flour (in a recipe that was for almond flour) and it came out kind of gross. It was suggested to switch part of it out with coconut flour so I got this stuff. Much better! So, I'm not doing a complete switch over, but am using it as an amendment. Neither my wife nor I can handle coconut, but when I tasted the straight flour there was only a very mild taste. I have not tasted any coconut flavor when I've used it in a recipe.

Slightly grainy texture in baked goods.
I used this coconut flour mainly for cookies and muffins. It blends well with wet ingredients and works for low-carb baking, but the texture was not as fine as I expected. My cookies turned out slightly grainy compared to other brands I’ve used. It’s still usable for recipes with lots of moisture, but for delicate baked goods, the texture could be smoother.
