Triple-Base Bottom the advantage is heating faster and more evenly. Smokeless since we know that smoke is one of the most important problem in kitchen, we take smokeless feature into consideration when we design the wok. Rivet-less another feature of the wok is Rivet-less. it is said that it is hard for people to clean up around the rivet. Thus, we design it Rivet-less, easy for you to clean and more healthy. How to Season Wok A new wok may come with some machine oil stain (during manufacturing), after first wash to clean it then we can start seasoning. Heat up the wok thoroughly, and be easy when it turns to matte grey, that’s normal for steel heated. Now we can put the oil such as vegetable or sunflower oil inside, not too much, but a thin layer coating the inner surface just. Heat the oil to smoking point. Last that status for 40 seconds approx., tilt and turn the wok to feed oil in every corner during this period. Lastly, clean thewok again without detergent. Congratulation! My wife and I use it mostly for one pot or one pan meals when we're meal prepping for the week. It's the right size for us to cook up 4-6 portions of food so I can be ready for the work week. It's not a true non-stick, but the hybrid design makes it easy enough to clean and durable enough for us to beat it up a bit. My wife thinks it's a bit heavy for her, so the second handle helps with handling a bit. Overall would buy this again. All that said, I don't think it will stand up to the true, south east Asian style cooking that I grew up with. The fried rice and stir fries I grew up eating where you want the pan smoking hot. However, I think it is still good enough for 90% of the food my wife and I cook.

This wok has quickly turned into an essential item for midweek meals and meal prep in our house. My wife and I use it mostly for one pot or one pan meals when we're meal prepping for the week. It's the right size for us to cook up 4-6 portions of food so I can be ready for the work week. It's not a true non-stick, but the hybrid design makes it easy enough to clean and durable enough for us to beat it up a bit. My wife thinks it's a bit heavy for her, so the second handle helps with handling a bit. Overall would buy this again. All that said, I don't think it will stand up to the true, south east Asian style cooking that I grew up with. The fried rice and stir fries I grew up eating where you want the pan smoking hot. However, I think it is still good enough for 90% of the food my wife and I cook.
