Does what it should do

This tool is well designed and gets right into the grout lines of my tile floor. It doesn’t removes stains in the grout as well as I had hoped. Perhaps I need to try other grout cleaning solutions to find the right combination of cleaners. The tool has great ergonomics and is comfortable to use for long periods of time.

Spend your money on knee pads and a brush or someone to clean the grout professionally. The quality is much less than acceptable. Very flimsy and the brush lasted less than 5 minutes. I did not return it because it wasn’t worth the effort. I just trashed it. This thing would be a hit if it were built more robust. Cheap rarely means good. This product is kind of inexpensive but even if had been $5 it would have been $4.99 too much. Sorry, I hate to leave negative reviews but this one is warranted.

This product was as advertised! Easy to assemble and works fabulous

I ordered this because one of our customers has one. She really likes it. I however do not. It doesn't clean my grout as well as the brush that comes with the grout ease cleaner. It really doesn't save time, as you have to reclean behind it. I also noticed that even though it has a guard it sprays cleaner. I also had difficulty with the operation of holding the knob in and lever up while trying to use it at the same time. I do hope that it works for others. it just did not for me.

Worked well but beware that if your grout is not sealed it will "groove" it. We are now having our grout cleaned and sealed professionally and will use this for future maintenance. Was exactly what we were looking for.

Did a good job, wheel fell off within the first few minutes of using even though put on correctly. Just used without it
