I used the black icon eyeliner/eyeshadow pencil as part of my makeup arsenal for a Rocky Horror Picture Show event. Super smudgy, grungy, and a little goes a loooooooooong way. If that's what you're looking for - YOU FOUND IT! A little "too much" for everyday use i think, but perfect for mosh pits. 🤷‍♀️ Im not sure if it comes in waterproof, mine was not. Was really easy to fix mistakes and I didnt have to scrub when removing my makeup. 👍 But also, with that, I wouldnt expect it to last through humid / high temps / moisture / long periods of time.
