A Chinese knockoff. *by L***L on Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2017* I ordered this for a trip to Alaska, but it did not fit well. If you are more than average in bust or hips, you will need a larger size. I liked the jacket construction, but please beware that this came up in a search for Gore-Tex garments. When it arrived, clearly printed on the outside of the jacket are the words Core(with a C)Tex. Ha-ha, I had to laugh. A knockoff explains the price of $32. You get what you pay for. The label sewn inside proved it was a Chinese knockoff. The inventive words and wording gave us all a laugh. It is a comfortable jacket, albeit snug, and unlike most Chinese made clothing, the sleeves are long enough for a woman with long arms. Yay! That was reason enough for me to keep it. The wrist gathering is adjustable and not scratchy at all. Unfortunately, the fabric does not breathe as well as described. I was hot and damp on my first hike and perspiration did not move away from the skin. Perhaps CoreTex is a poor imitation for GoreTex, or perhaps the polyester liner did not breath. I haven't worn it in the rain yet, so cannot attest to its ability to shed water. It has no mesh ventilation anywhere and could use gussets for climbing, or swinging an axe. If you want a jacket to run errands, this is attractive. If you want a jacket for true outdoor sports, spend the money and buy a good GoreTex jacket. Remember, this jacket is for a slim woman. I rated this with a generous 3 stars because it is an attractive jacket and good for running around town. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality, bright vibrant colors jacket fits true to size chart and is exactly as pictured and described. *by I***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2017* Great colors, perfect fit and is really windproof and water resistant. I bought this for my wife to use for our last late summer trip to a cabin on the lake and she loves it the jacket kept her warm when a chilly wind was blowing and dry in a afternoon drizzle. I always worry about getting the right size when I order clothing online but this is true to the size chart in all areas even the arm length is perfect all the materials used are great quality the zippers are smooth and work the full length of each one completely the Velcro type closures are tight and solid and the jacket material is light weight , durable , easy to wear and flawless I bought the red and gray jacket the colors are bright , vibrant and even all the seams are sewn very well with no weak spots or loose areas and the removable hood has buttons that make it goes all the way around the front of the neck. Since it's mid-October and 84 degrees, I have not yet used it. When it arrived, I thought it appeared way too thin to keep you warm, but I put it on over a heavy sweatshirt and in my air-conditioned home I was uncomfortably toasty after 10 minutes. I used the image to measure for size and ordered a size up, the only issue I have is I would prefer it to bit longer in the tail. Sleeves are plenty long, there's two pockets inside too. The zipper seems to be a bit flimsy and will require careful use.
