All you need is some thinly sliced quick cooking beef and sliced onions. Serve over rice, preferably a japanese style of shirt grain rice. I like the Tamanishiki brand, of which I have bought about a dozen 15 pond bags over the last few years, but I haven’t tried too many other brands. Do not recommend Calrose rice, but I only trie it once. That was enough, and Tamanishiki is infinitely better in my opinion, though there are several other brands that, based on what I have read or heard, I wouldn’t hesitate to try if my regular brand was unavailable.
