Mixes well, tastes has strong sweetness and its full of supplements. Also keeps a full feeling in stomach. It gets higher rating because you can add fruit to it.

Don’t do it
I don’t know if I got a bad batch but this thing is NASTY. Tastes like dirt. I never understood that comment until I tried this powder. I tried to reach out to see about an exchange or refund but there’s no way.I don’t recommend it. Idk how to explain it but it’s not good. Sad about it since I really wanted to love it or at the least like it.
