Soft bristles, fat handle, suction pad - what's not to love?
They're a little pricey, but isn't everything? These toothbrushes are great for kids. The bristles are really soft (kids tend to push too hard and brushing too forcefully is actually not great for your gums) yet durable. The handle is big and easy to grip. The colors are fun and the crayola tie-in is good (although do we really need yet another example of cross-marketing?). The little suction pad makes storage easy and hygienic. In short, this is our brush of choice for our little one.

My son loves it. Got a two pack. Suctions well which is a must at my house. Did not get to choose the colors.

Adults with Small Mouths, You Need This.
I was skeptical when my dentist suggested I buy this, since it's been a solid few decades since I last used a children's toothbrush. But I also have a rather small mouth, and this particular brush has a head small enough to get the hard to reach corners, but also large enough to brush effectively. (It is larger than the average child's toothbrush.) The shorter handle and the suction cup at the bottom take a little getting used to. The grip is definitely not made for adult-sized hands. But it honestly works so well, it's worth the awkwardness. If you have a small mouth, it's definitely worth a try.

Not just for kids
Meant for kids but we're in our 60's. It eleminates the need for toothbrush holder which always get dirty. They are soft bristled as recommended by my dentist.
