Soy Isoflavones 150mg, 180 Veggie Capsules - Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Vegetarian Friendly

We all know that soy is full of phytoestrogens, and some of us want those! Searching through the available brands leads to Nutricost, and the brand is known by many of us as a reliable brand. Soy generally doesn't cause any kind of stomach upset or sleep disturbance; I've found it to be a fairly innocuous supplement, effectiveness of hormone regulation is what some might use it for, though my results are questionable at this point. I take many supplements that I may not see or feel working!

Just started using and it works

Fantastic product to get some of the benefits of eating copious amounts of soy like the Okinawans without actually eating copius amounts of soy. I use this to manage hormone levels, prevent baldness, & preserve sexual function & cardiac health & it seems to work.

I take this along with Evening Primrose Oil to manage post menopausal symptoms. Seems to be helpful. After about 6 weeks, the intense hot flashes from quitting topical estrogen resolved. I now only have a random, mild hot flash every once in a while. There are plenty of studies to read showing that soy isoflavones are safe and effective in treating peri and post menopausal symptoms. There are also studies showing that isoflavones are effective in protecting the cardiovascular and skeletal systems after menopause. I love that there are no fillers in this particular brand, and the price point is great! It would be even better if this supplement used organic soy.

I'm post menopausel and still get annoying hot flashes. This really helps and us non gmo so no down side. I have it on auto ship. Highly recommend.
