I've used it for walking, jogging and some floor exercises. The heart monitor stays put but the back of the strap slides down a little on my body. Not enough to make the monitor move or enough to bother me. So really it works perfect because I never have to re-adjust the monitor even on my 2hr walks.

One of my Wahoo's metal snap-on got corroded and broke off (of greens and rust) after 1.5yrs in Singapore high humidity and hot rides. Bought this and it just works! At a much lower cost!

It does not fit a Polar H10 perfectly. One snap connects, and then disconnects when the snap on the other side is connected. Iโm currently using two lock pliers to have both sides snapped in at the same time in an attempt to stretch the material in between the connecting points to see if it fits better after some time.
