I ordered this lockset for new front entry doors. Looks great and feels sturdy and secure. Easy to program the keypad and love the automatic lock feature. I only give it 4 stars because the installer had to fix a couple of bent components to make it work.

The media could not be loaded.  Keyless entry is the very best. No fumbling with keys. This for my double door on the front that opens up to my courtyard, so not needing keys is even more important.You can add up to 50 codes, so everyone of my kids have their own code and now we don’t have to run outside every time they visit us, the auto locking feature is one of the best, so no problem if you forgot to lock it will automatically do it within seconds.The keyless entry pad works well and is easy to operate if you follow attached instructions. Took my husband about 30 minutes to install and program, including removal of old lock.The combination lock uses 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included), and I like that has the low battery indication.Overall this is a really neat smart lock that looks really nice. Excellent value and quality. The lock is really quiet when it locks and unlocks. I highly recommend this combination deadbolt and transitional handle set.

This unit is exactly what we needed for our shed double doors. Unfortunately, the first one arrived with a defective keypad. The unlock function would work, but the lock function would not. It was a bad wire in the connections. Amazon product support was not helpful. We ended up just ordering a second unit which worked perfectly, and then just returned the first defective unit. In the end, this is a 5 star solution for our situation. But given the original unit defect, I need to drop a star for the experience. (By the way, even the supposed product support video posted online with this product is not actually for this unit - its for a different lock using a smart phone.)

Wasn't the greatest the box was damaged and was missing some few things

While the lock looks great, the digital lock option seems to be where there are issues. I ordered two of them and neither of them work. If you like using a key to lock the door, these are great;however, I need the ability to lock with just a button as my hands are usually full on my way out the door.
