The divice seems to be working it has yet to create any tangles or cause the signal to break up. I bought it because it was different from the other products that ended up causing a communication problem on the telephone line. So far this hasn't. I got it not too long ago though.

I was having a hard time keeping my cord untangled. It was getting so twisted that I had to sit very close to the phone in order to talk. I even ended up breaking off the plastic piece because I tried to untangle it so many times! I finally found the Twisstop and it has made a world of difference. I have not had a tangle since I got it. I even bought a couple of extras for the other secretaries.

5 Bought - 3 didn't work when they were delivered, and another stopped working after a few weeks. The call can be heard, but no one was able to hear me. Plus a lot of crackling in the phones. The last one came damaged, and the clip was not there to lock it into the phone. only 1 star because they didn't tangle when they worked.

Used this on my phone and it worked for about two weeks before my phone started cutting out and people couldn't hear me. The cheap internal wiring had broken down and the thing was useless. Regrettably, this is one of the many areas where it looks like you get what you pay for. Spend the money on one of these made by a reputable manufacturer, so you don't end up having to purchase it twice.

The detangler works well as I like to be able to sit in other areas of the apartment other than the kitchen when on the phone and sometimes the cord can be tangled. .

This item does not work on all phone recievers. It worked fine once I swithched my phone receiver. The seller should make this known.

THIS LITTLE DEVICE IS A LIFE SAVER. IT KEEPS ME FROM GETTING UPSET AT THE CORD WHEN IT GETS ALL TWISTED UP AND YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE RECIEVER SIX INCHES FROM THE PHONE BASE.... NOW I CAN WALK AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE TWISTING OF THE CORD

It doesn't fit correctly. Calls sound with static. I constantly have to adjust it.

Hasta el momento (dos semanas de uso) si hay una reducción considerable en el enrollamiento del cable telefónico pero no es total, antes de tener el producto tenía que desconectar el cable del auricular para que se deserrollara al menos una vez al día, ahora lo hago una vez cada semana.
