Cracking phone. Fast and responsive. Sound quality is great and the HTC earphones supplied in the box offer good sound quality too. The phone also drives my Grado over the ear headphones well. If you want a phone that offers good audio then this is great. HTC have a really good reputation for sound quality. The screen is great and very little overly to the stock android experience which is nice. Phone feels really solid and well built. I have had it since the start of 2017 and not noticed any deterioration in speed. Battery life is also excellent and it comes with a quick charger so charges really fast.

Not the best purchase. Heats up very quickly

Looks good, love the build quality of HTC but glitchy, unreliable and slow. Settings change by themselves, numbers fall out of speed dials on a regular basis. Text prediction just doesn't work. Had HTC befire, loved them, this one is the worst and the last. Wouldn't recommend and will definitely be replacing as soon as i can afford to get rid ...

The phone is made with perfect materials and assembly. It is gorgeous. Signal reception is good but not excellent (as the Huawei P9 or blackberry PRIV), as well as battery life. It can cover the working day with about 4 hours of heated screen. The capsule is great for audio. The sound from the speakers is good but I expected something better, especially with reference to the low frequencies. The system is very fluid and fast. Too bad that my phone has a TIANMA brand screen that presents the problem of white tending to pink. AMAZON delivery (in Italy), always perfect!

HTC are now on my list just like Samsung are. Who gives a toss about the consumer; we're going to bake-in Facebook (and other crapware) to the phone so you can't remove it. Also this stupid, stupid phone has a "HTC Outlook Sync" calendar on it that, again, can't be removed which means it acts as your DEFAULT calendar. Absolutely crazy! So many things wrong with this phone when you actually come to use it. HTC need to take a long hard look at themselves.
