How long is this? Is this one pair?

They are long enough for a pretty high boot. It is a pair and comes with the end clips to prevent end fraying. Great product, keeps shoes feeling tied, with out the hassle of constant tying and un-tying.

What is the exact length of the laces?

Each lace is 44" long (110cm), and 1/8" (3mm) in diameter.

What are the length of these? 40cm doesn't seem right.

That’s about right. You’ll be cutting off a few inches when you’re finished.
