A quality seat with only the features I wanted.
This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat.My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Good features, not great.
Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.

water pressure is not the best
I really like this bidet/toiletseat but I was dissapointed at the water presure. Let me be clear, We do not have low water pressure in our house.( Just incase people will think that was the issue). Love the easy instalation. the fact that you dont need to go under the toilet to instale it. again love the product not the pressure.

UPDATED. Check your fixtures
Update 10/28: after buying the right connectors, and needing to use Teflon tape and tightening way more than seemed safe it worked ok for a couple months. Probably used 25 times? Came home today to it leaking from inside the unit onto the floor. It’s w here the plastic threaded piece connects to something. I tried tightening it and pushing it in and finally cracked worse. I’m thinking maybe it always had a hair fracture that got worse. Might take it apart and see if it’s fixable but what an absolute piece of crap. $20 would be a more reasonable price.Edit 2: will see if moen will send me replacement piece. That piece has so much lateral movement when torqued that it just cracked rather than bend the plastic pipe. Still there was a leak coming from somewhere before I tightened so I’m just not sure what I was supposed to do. Still think there was probably pre existing crack.Out of the last five or so products I got from Amazon that interfaced with my faucets and toilets water supply this is the first not to fit. It is approx double the size of my current fixtures. My place was built in the 50’s and remodeled in the 80’s. Even without the water fixture issue. (I had to get new t and adapter for moen fixtures.) Anyway it’s all a lot for something u can get easier and cheaper and better in an add on.

A rare bidet seat that fully covers the toilet bowl
Moen bidet is one of a few that is long enough to cover the elongated toilet bowl.It is sensibly designed for ease of cleaning and operation (seat surface is one piece). Competing bidets have splits on the seat that may accumulate dirt and are difficult to clean.

Excellent entry level bidet
Easy to install, works very well. Reading some of the low rated reviews and thinking these people need to either change their diets or just run a garden hose into their bathrooms. Lol.

Not worth the price, buy a Brondell instead.
If you're reading this, go buy the Brondell S101 instead. Seriously, disregard this seat and go search for 'Brondell S101' and come back when you've got it in your cart. I'll wait.Back? Good. I bought both this bidet seat and the Brondell S101 to see which my household liked better. The Brondell arrived before the Moen and took about 20 minutes to install, most of that being me removing the old seat and a Tushy. Worked like a charm. The Moen arrived about 2 hours later and the install on my other identical fixture took about an hour. The tensioner bolts included in the Moen kit did not stay put in my fixture so every time I tried to adjust it I had to really press down on the screwdriver to get the tensioners to bite. But that was a giant waste of time, because even though this is listed as a 'round' toilet seat, the seat itself is much longer than the Brondell. My options were: Install the Moen on my other toilet with the front hanging off by about 2 inches and the bidet housing covering about 1/5 of the back of the bowl (which would be a terrible experience for cleaning, both from splatter and from mashing one's junk on the inner lip of the toilet bowl -- ew) or install it lined up with my toilet bowl and have the lid push back on the tank every time I opened it. That's a huge no-no for me because I don't want the darn tank leaking. This thing is bulky, too long, and a massive pain to install. It also lacks the rubberized stoppers that the Brondell has, which means if you sit on the Brondell it doesn't move but if you sit on the Moen and you didn't tighten down the bolts like some sort of Herculean impact driver, the Moen will scoot to one side when you lean to wipe.Additionally, the Brondell's hookups fit the attachments the Tushy used, so I didn't need to replace the diverter on my first toilet, just the hose. With the Moen, the connectors were twice the size (and didn't fit my wrench set so I had to bust out the adjustable, which I don't like to do because I do NOT want to clonk the porcelain with that thing) and I had to replace the diverter first, which added time to the install. This seat is not worth an extra 20 bucks over the Brondell. It doesn't fit, it has a huge bidet housing for some reason, and it lacks the stability of the other seat. Now, go buy the Brondell and thank me later.

Unfit my round toilet
Bough this one and it says will fit round toilet. It turns out the it is 1.5 inches off the front end if you lift the cover up.So have to return.I hope the seller will provide more measurements so we can avoid return.Build quality seems good and the best is it carries life time warranty.

Odor omitted by the seat. Maybe the result of the warmth on the plastic.
I love this product except for the odor it omits. I thought it was coming from the toilet itself so replaced the toilet but still the same strange smell. I see the new one comes with a deodorizer and this may be part of the reason for this new upgrade to the product.
