These magnesium capsules my husband and I have both been taking for quite some time. We both feel they help us with relaxation, nervous energy and overall health. We take them with Dr Berg D3K2 capsules also. Great combination.

I am so glad Dr Berg made a capsule electrolyte. I just had my blood work done, and my electrolytes were perfect.

Easy to use and effective. A word of caution, use sparingly if you are not potassium deficient.

I used to drink every sport drink there was and water, as well celtic sea salt, added this and now I don't get dehydrated! I take 2 in the AM and 2 in evening. Drink plenty of water if you use this supplement, also would recommended magnesium glycinate to take with it because that is the #1 electrolyte and this contains citrate which is more of a laxative less absorbing version of magnesium.

I like Dr Berg's products in general. The hydration powder in individual serving packages is what I had been using regularly during my summer hikes/jogs.Some of the flavors in the assorted package of individual servings are not to my liking, although I used them all... mixed into a standard sized bottle of chilled spring water to go out on the trail.This is the same product without the appropriate sweetener in capsule form.Dr Berg's hydration formula emphasizes healthy salt and other ingredients and also doesn't contain unwanted chemicals.I used to consume well -known brands of "Sports Drinks"... until I began following Dr Berg and reading labels. Those mass market products are full of substances I no longer consume.These capsules are convenient to take so you don't have to mix the powdered product and they provide support with a good balanced electrolyte formula.

No fuss no mess. Just take it with water and go.

I waited to write my review, I finished the capsules first. I do notice an improvement in my muscle aches. I can give this the nod and reorder.

These electrolyte pills are good to have when you’re dehydrated or having a long day outside.
