Q: What is the length of the garland strip?

It’s a good 7 ft. I recommend fishing line or even yarn I’ve used yarn in the past and it works great for my balloon setups

Q: Can they stand the heat?

I did have a few pop when making the arch. The quality of the balloon was a little thin. But over all it looked great & actually lasted for days .
