Why go back to corn starch?
I grabbed some of this, intending to make Brazilian Cheese Bread, which I did, and it was wonderful. But it's become my go to thickener for everything else since then.

This flour is very good.I gave it 4* because if I have to invite celiac friends to enjoy something delicious, I wouldn't be able to.Since it is not gluten-free because it is processed together with wheat. It means there is cross contamination.It would be the same if a celiac patient consumed wheat.You have to be very careful.

Resealable bag, good quality flour
Overall very happy with product. Amazon shipping unfortunately boxed the package loose with some cornered items, which poked a small hole in the resealable pouch. So maybe order it separately to avoid puncture, if you want to use the pouch for storage like I did.
