Fast Acting
Had many cans of old latex / acrylic paint, learned that the paint had to be hardened to dispose of in the trash. This product hardened the paint quickly and I hod no problems with leaving it for trash pick-up.

This item is a three pack, not a ten pack, of the pictured bag of paint hardener. The product description is inaccurate and appears to be intentionally misleading. Each of the pictured bags weighs 3.5 oz. Each item contains three of the pictured bags which weigh 10.5 oz in total. Each of the pictured bags can harden up to 2/3 gallon of water based latex paint. Together, the three bags can harden up to two gallons of paint.

Actually works
I used the product but the paint was still liquid. Turns out is sets over about 15 minutes time. I used it one day and was able to toss the paint the next. Better instructions should have been provided.

Paint hardener
I opened the package, and poured all of it into a half gal og latex paint and stirred the paint a little. It started to thicken quickly and the next day it was hard as a rock.

Expected a little better, but did the job I guess
It worked ok. I used it on the leftovers in a 5 gal bucket. Roughly a gallon each. It never got completely solid, but hard enough to toss in the garbage. Wish I could buy larger quantities. Delivery took a very long time also
