Works so well!! Almost instant reducing of the puffiness!

Can't be used with any moisturizer, cream, or makeup
This product appears to work by creating a matte surface that contracts as it dries, flattening out the puffiness. However, it feels really strange, as if you have adhesive tape under your eyes. Worse, when I put makeup over it, it just peeled off in flakes. That is, it appears that if you use this product, you can't use any additional facial products. I had read the all the information on Amazon, on the box, and on the tube, and these limitations were not mentioned. Therefore, I feel that the description of the product is deceptive. For that reason, I felt justified in returning it, but returns on this product are not allowed. So I paid $38.99 for a product that will be of no use to me. I have bought hundreds of products from Amazon, and this is the first time I have ever written a review. If I can save someone else from being misled into buying this product, it will have been worth it.

empty or dried up product
the container was either empty or the product was dried up, so I couldn't try it. it had the good housekeeping keeping seal of approval in their magazine and that is why I was anxious to try it. I hope someone had better luck with it.

Works by itself.
I was gifted this and was curious about what others thought and so decided to add my own review as well.It works. Not like extremely well but there is a difference. However it cannot be combined with any other makeup or moisturizer because like another reviewer said, it creates a strange matte surface.I tried to apply my foundation as usual and it just emphasized the dabs/smears of putting this product on which made for a super caked on look.I really only have puffiness when I first wake up anyway so I can use this to hurry along the de-puffing. If I wear it for a bit and then wash my face with cold water before applying my makeup it seems to help.Finally I will be honest that there is no way I'd ever spend $30+ for this. Maybe $10, maybe.
