Great console, no issues
Works great! Came with everything needed, except the micro USB for the remote but that not a big deal. Super happy with my purchase. Now I'll be playing Hogwarts Legacy for the next 8 hours :)

Horrible, Never Turned On
It would not turn on no matter what I did. Everything was correct and I watched multiple videos to try and work it. At this point facebook market place is a better option.

This was one of my best buys that I bought for a family member and they love it

They send off brand a off brand controller that didn't last a month
Works great but they sent an off brand controller that didn't last a month and the joy con got stuck up other then the controller issue it seems to work great.

Work on cleaning it
Mine came really dirty and I had to get someone to fix it because the fan was stuck because of the dirt, but after that, it worked really well

The only problem i had the power block was no good I had to order a new one but other than that no other problems

Horrible, find it elsewhere
Should be 0 stars, and I came in with an open mind when looking at previous reviews. This is a complete joke and a waste of a lot of your time. I got 2 units, both allegedly in used-excellent condition. The first one the HDMI port was so kicked in that you couldn't plug the cord in, and as a bonus it was missing the power cords anyway. The replacement looked better, but then doesn't turn on at all. So now I will have made 2 trips to Kohl's and UPS store for a product that I never got to even use. Don't buy one, and Amazon should be ashamed to send these out without even trying to test them first, why bother, just trash or donate them.
