This is possibly one of my favorite purchases to date. I’ve been battling depression for so long, that I’m not sure I remember a time when I wasn’t. Anyone who has suffered through such, knows that it’s very difficult to remember the things you once enjoyed.. the things that made you happy. When I came across this journal, it seemed as though it was something that may actually help. I’d not found anything even close to it, and I certainly had nothing to lose. It arrived in excellent time, and wasfar more than I could have imagined. This little book has given me some part of myself back, and for that, I’m so grateful! It’s become a part of my morning routines now. Actually, This has given me a “routine”! The cover is soft and beautiful! The embossed detail on the cover adds even more. The pages are thick, and I’ve had no issues with bleeding while using a gel pen. The things I’d not remembered that I enjoyed, are specifically written in the book, with questions asking if you did this for yourself. I love that. And I love that this simple, yet precious, little bookhas given me a part of myself back. Highly recommend.
