Palo Azul is a tasty, beneficial tea.
I search for beneficial teas and found that Palo Azul has been used for centuries in the Middle and South American cultures. It has been used for several digestive issues. It is not easy to find in local stores so it is really nice to find it on Amazon. It tastes refreshing.

Shines blue in sunlight only
Definitely only shines blue in the sunlight! Lol but still cool. Looks like bark so it has a very nutty taste to it. A little bit bitter.

This Tea Will H
Fantastic! I’ve been drinking this tea for less than a month and my kidney number finally dropped—by almost a point! It’s also pleasant. I brew it along with this really lovely dandelion (that contains vanilla—super high quality) then chill it with alkaline water. I drink it all day (to my given max fluid amount per doc) using my Owala to keep it cold. It’s so refreshing!!!!

Mineral water-not tap
I love it! I drink mine with honey and it does have a wonderful flavor. I appreciate the health benefits and the fluorescents make it feel magical. However, you HAVE to use alkaline water, not tap, for the fluorescent polyphenols to activate when exposed to sun. I’ve read you can use mineral water. Some say, Fiji works the best.
