Out of the box, they looked fantastic. Sleek, durable, and just flashy enough to make me feel like others were saluting my tires as I drove by. Installation was simple: twist them on and admire your excellent life choices. Now here’s where things get interesting. These caps have a magical ability to disappear whenever my Bronco visits an oil change shop. I’m not saying the technicians are building their own collection… but somewhere out there is a mechanic with a few different sets of my American flag valve stem caps, proudly rocking a full patriotic setup. The ones that I have (at the time of this review), haven’t been “misplaced” yet and are holding up great. No rust, chipping, or fading, and they stay on tight… as long as no one starts to admire them too closely. If you catch my drift..
