My go to cutting supplement. I've been using this when I cut for years. I drink a gallon of water a day during the cycle and it WORKS. This along with a clean diet and workouts/sauna allowed me to drop almost 60 lbs in 3 months. Overweight to a six pack at 40 years old. If the caffeine irritates your system, just throw away the red pill! It will not dehydrate you as long as you drink enough water. Works wonders and I've never experienced a side effect in years. Definitely more energetic while taking it as well.
