I like the texture and use it in baking and cereal. The quality is great and price is reasonable.

I do home baking. The SweetGourmet Baker's Wheat Bran is an excellent product. I usually use the bran from Red Mill, but because SweetGourmet was so much cheaper, I thought I'd give it a try. I was really impressed with the freshness and quality of the bran. And I had a next day delivery. I love SweetGourmet and would definitely order it again.

Excellent quality, price, and value! Have ordered multiple times, but most recent order was shipped in plastic bag and usps CRAMMEDit in the mailbox. Bran packaging was damaged causing small tears and very crinkled bag. Had to transfer to different container unfortunately. Would have returned but needed it for recipe bran muffins. Great bran but needs to be shipped in cardboard box.

I used this wheat bran to make fiber fruit and nut bars uncooked. It works great. I also add it to breading for chicken and tofu. It has a ton of protein and fiber.

After having started cultivating oyster mushrooms last year, I recently learned that a small amount wheat bran would be a great addition and added nutrient for my substrate mixture. It is working very well so far. Maybe I will do something else with it in the future, but right now the focus is on boosting my substrate. Will buy again when I use all of this up.
