Restaurant-Quality Pan for Home Cooking
Every year or so I have to buy a new nonstick 10โ frying pan for daily use because they wear out. Iโve owned quite a few frying pans over the years, but the Tramontina Professional Fusion 10-Inch stands out immediately. It has the feel of a pan youโd expect to find in a professional kitchenโsolid, perfectly balanced, and built to last. The heavy-gauge aluminum heats quickly and evenly, so no more hot spots that burn part of the food while leaving the rest undercooked. The nonstick surface is excellent. Eggs slide right out with zero effort, and even tougher foods like seared fish release cleanly. Cleanup is a breezeโmost of the time I just wipe it down with a paper towel and it looks brand new. I also appreciate that the nonstick coating is PFOA-free, which gives me peace of mind. The stainless steel handle feels secure and stays cool enough to grip, for oven cooking at higher temperatures there is a rubber handle that slides on and off. I like that itโs oven-safe which is unusual for nonstick pans and it makes finishing dishes super convenient. Overall, this pan is professional quality at a very reasonable price. Itโs already replaced several of my now worn out pan, and Iโm planning on buying the larger size as well. If youโre looking for a durable, reliable, and truly nonstick frying pan, this one is hard to beat.

I finally found the perfect frying pans
The weight is just right, the handle is not too long, and the non-stick finish is heavy duty and awesome. I'm glad it they are made in Brazil, instead of that other country. That is the main reason I chose them, because I have a 40+ year old triple bottom stainless steel set that was made in Brazil. They work on induction, imagine that, and they're still ticking, so I have a lot of confidence in the Brazil line. There is one thing, however I did do, which was take a Brillo pad and a little Bar Keepers friend to the bottom just to make sure it is very smooth and won't scratch my glass cook top stove. Like I said, these pans are a joy to cook on. You won't regret getting the Pro Version made in Brazil.

Magnificent Pan!!
This pan bats WAY above its pay grade!! It heats quickly and evenly, food slides right off, and it is a SNAP to clean. This pan is every bit as good and mostly better than other pans for which I paid a LOT more!!

Love this little pan
I had a Tramontina pan that was at least 25 years old. It held up extremely well, but the non-stick coating was beginning to show a multitude of little holes. I purchased this new pan because I admired the brand and the fact that they still produce some of their products in the USA. Make sure to review the descriptions carefully, most of their stuff is now imported. This pan is made in the USA. What I like the most is that the quality has gone UP, not down, over the years. I weighed this pan and the old one, and this new one is 102 grams heavier. The metal is noticeably thicker, and given that the old pan never warped or dented, it seems likely that the extra weight is there just for better heating. I especially like the "rivet-less" handle design. The handle is still held on by rivets (more secure than spot welds IMO), but they are rivets formed integrally from the pan metal itself, so there are no rivet heads inside the pan. This really makes clean-up quicker and you don't have to think about minute bits of rotting food being stuck in there. I believe the non-stick coating is thicker, but also softer, than the previous version. One reviewer noted that cooking a chop with bone in it left gouging in the non-stick. I would say this is a definite risk. But for everything else, the coating is fantastic. I've been using this frequently for two months and it looks pristine. A quick sponge and detergent, no pressure or scrubbing needed, and dry it off. Bingo! The images include side by sides to show the added thickness, and also the rivetless design. UPDATE: It's been 10 months and I'm still very happy with the pan. I use it roughly every other day, and the surface is completely intact except for a multitude of very fine superficial scratches. If the light hits it one way these scratches are invisible. If the light hits the other way you can see them quite readily. I cannot feel the scratches when I run my fingers over the surface. I never cook anything with a bone in it, but I use a lot of freshly ground black pepper and silicone utensils. The non-stick quality of the pan does not seem diminished in the least.

Tramontina non stick skillet
Nice pan, excellent non stick surface, but only after one use, the non stick surface has scratches. We'll see how long it lasts

Fantastic non stick and price!
I owned a lot of expensive non-stick pans. But for the money, this pan is by far the best one I've ever used. I'm careful to follow the use and care instructions, but at the price it is, would be happy to buy one once a year. It's sears protein very well as well as handles delicate dishes as well.

Really Like These Pans
Really enjoying this pan. Has great heating and high quality construction. Since it has no internal rivets and a quality non-stick surface, clean up is easy. Have only had it a few weeks but it seems like it will last a long time. Think these are a great value.

Good medium frying pan.
Very good quality, cooks evenly. Great for eggs. High heat not recommended. Medium heat works well.

Needed a large non-stick fry pan and saw this on sale . Very pleased with the quality and size. Came missing the rubber handle so I removed a star but happy with my purchase .

After one time using this pan I noticed scratches on non stick coating. I used wooden spatula to flip over couple of eggs. Little disappointed considering the price of the pan.

I took it out of the packaging and was about to clean it, when I set it down on my gas range top and it tipped down on the handle. I repositioned it so that it was dead center of the grill things that support your pots and pans ... and it tipped again! I think the handle is too long and heavy for the smaller pan or maybe a gas range just doesn't offer enough support for it. I have no clue but it doesn't tip on a solid surface. I sent it back and bought a De Buyer Minerl B Pro Carbon Steel pan instead. It will last me for the rest of my life AND I can use it in the oven to finish a steak after searing. Major bonus! You get what you pay for. I am very happy with it and don't mind doing the minor maintenance required to maintain a non-stick surface. No more expensive teflon pans that don't deliver for me!
