Best gluten free bread
My toddler was recently diagnosed with Celiac. Before the diagnosis she loved pb&js. We have not been able to find a bread that she will eat until we found Pamela's! i will refer over and over again! 1 bag makes about 3 loafs. It doesn't fall apart and my daughter loves it.

It easy to work with.
I like it very much. It makes a very good cinnamon bread.

I love this bread mix
I love this bread mix! It works great in a bread maker on the normal/basic bread setting. SO moist and delicious. My kids are not gluten free, but they love this bread especially when we warm it up again in the microwave. Makes great sliced bread for sandwiches. Doesn't crumble! Stays moist. Best when warm, but still good cold. MUCH better than gluten free bread found in stores.

great tasting, easy to make!
I am one for recipies with few ingredients and this one is simple. The prep and bake time is < 1 hour. I screwed up the directions first time and muffins still came out tasting great. As all gluten free things, this is a bit pricey but less than if you bought it premade.

contains sugar and is slightly sweet
This makes a heavy, sweet loaf. It might be good for pancakes, sweet fruit breads, etc., but I do not want a normal loaf of bread to taste sweet. They suggest mixing bread dough with eggs, but I cannot eat eggs, so I substituted ground flax + water which usually works well with other gluten free flours. You need your own eggs and your own leavening agent or yeast. In my mind, that makes it a flour rather than a mix. My real objection is the sweetness. Apart from that, the flavor is quite bland.
