I love these supplements! (I hate taking supplements ) so these make it easy w sublingual (under tongue) or in water/juice.I don’t want all the rando extra stuff in a lot of supplements. These are clean and minimal packaging (glass bottle yeah!).I have their B bottles too - and love them. I would like to see them labeled as vegan (but allIndications they are! )

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve used it in the past and I think it’s a very effective product except this particular order that I just received is defective I believe

A friend introduced me to this product when it was suggested to her by her physician. Her reasoning was that injesting the oil directly insured that it will be metabolized while gel caps might pass through the digestive track before dissolving. It doesn't have anunplpeasant taste ...but I chase it with coffee or juice.I like knowing that I am getting the full nutritional benefit every day.

I haven’t tried it yet I didn’t like the idea of the box halfway open the bottles were sealed when I checked it so I’m gonna keep it and try it

I have been using this product for severalYears now. It works! My d3 levels are where they should be! One of the most important vitamins I can take!

I don't swallow pills/capsules. This is easy to take and have helped keep my d levels up. Very effective and afforable.

Excelent version!! My daughter doesn’t like pills, so , for her its very easy take drops , so , she us getting better, her nails, hair and skin are better.

THE GOOD FIRST: IT WORKS ... but please read why I will not be ordering it again.I have an issue with low Vit D and for some stupid reason I decided to experiment on myself [please learn from my stupidity!] ... I normally take 10,000iu's a day and decided to lower it gradually and then eventually quit taking it to see what happens. Several months later I was DRAGGING. So exhausted all the time. Each step I took was an effort, and I found myself saying out loud several times a day, "I just can't do it." I was also getting up each morning regularly between 3:30-4am. UGH. [my normal time is 5 to 5:30] A good friend who helps me [I have ASD and need assistance with executive function] asked me one day: "Maybe it's your iron?" He got me to thinking: I have NEVER had an issue with low iron. NEVER had an issue with anything ... EXCEPT Vit D ... and then it hit me: DUH! Stupid me. For real. I remembered I QUIT taking vitamin D3 to see what would happen. The pathetic thing is, I've done this before a few other times over the last 10 years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it's the same. I forget I quit taking it, start feeling exhausted way beyond what is normal, start thinking and saying "I just can't do it any more" and then at some point it eventually hits me that I need to take Vitamin D3. WHY do I do this to myself?!?!I started taking about 20,000iu's of this product to help boost me up quickly. About a week later I'm back to [my] normal.Ok, so now "the bad" ...I will NOT be ordering this product again and do not recommend it to others. I would continue to order this IF it did not contain flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil goes rancid very quickly and must be refrigerated. I do not like NOT knowing the conditions in which the drops were stored PRIOR TO landing at my doorstep. Flaxseed oil goes rancid even quicker if it's been in high temps, and God only knows but this could have been sitting in a hot warehouse, or in a hot delivery truck for too long. Rancid oils are very, very bad for you.It's partially my fault for not noticing flaxseed oil was the first "other" ingredient ... but I was so desperate! I saw the "organic" label and the 5,000iu D3 / K2 combo and bought right away.Right when I took the first dose, I tasted the flaxseed oil (an oil that I really do not like the taste of!), checked the label to verify it, and then put both bottles into the fridge.Another negative is: it seems near impossible to get a "full" dropper ["full" in quotes because I am a dabbling herbalist and understand that the dropper will never really be "full", however there IS a correct dosing for "one dropper", and this does not get a full "dropper dose"] even when it's not cold, but harder to dose when it is cold ... so how am I to know exactly how much I'm taking each day?? Impossible.I will not be ordering this again. I looked up my former brand to see if it had an option that also included K2, and YES, it does. So, I went back to Superior Source ... it's a tiny little pill that dissolves quickly under your tongue, and is in 5,000iu doses with the K2, so I'll just take 2 to 4 a day, with the option of taking 1 to 2 a day once I feel ready [but NEVER again will I take less than 5,000 a day!]. It's not labeled as organic, but at least it's labeled Non-GMO.
