Will these fit sony mdrzx110?

Yes. This headband fits my Sony's MDR-XB950 and MDR-XB500. Its a tight fit since my headphones have cushions on them, but im still able to put it on.

It really depends on which pair you have. The Plantronics im familiar with usually have a smaller, in width, head band. On my Sony shwn700 the cover is slightly loose. So my recommendation is to measure your head sets width and compare it to the dimensions of the cover. Now it is a stretchy material.
