Washer squirters
Used on 2013 f350, they popped right in place of the old ones. Spray pattern seems to be good on both. I did not actually use the hose as mine was still good. It was cheap enough with the hose so I went that route just in case the old hose cracked during removal.

Not of the best quality
It works but not a direct replacement. Both nozzles fell apart when they were placed in the hood. Had to glue them back together
