versatile pantry staple
Wow, works for me. These have good taste and texture. Not at all hard to chew and not at all too mushy. Soft, yes, but not mush. Holds up fine in pasta. Perfect for dips. Budget friendly. I like bulking out my meals, and sometimes a little artichoke is nice as they are so low in calories. These are packed in brine. Not oil. So yeh, taste will be a little more tangy. I lightly rinse mine. Looks good. I have added to pasta, sandwiches, added to dips, added to roasted vegetables, etc. For quick sandwich, I like making a smashed bean paste (butter bean or garbanzo bean)-- not quite hummus but same idea. Spread it on bread, top with artichokes and fire roasted red pepper slices, then grill it. Cheese optional.

Perfect delicious whole hearts...
The only ones we buy. Whole perfect hearts and we add lime and EVOO or good vinegar and EVOO. We've tried more expensive brands but these are hands down the absolute best.

Great if you're not in a hurry
These taste great. Would have fiven 5 stars but it took more than 3 weeks to get these delivered. If you need these by a certain date, use any other service to get them. Very unhappy with the unreliable delivery delays.

Snap top cans make them easy to use on picnics
Great product. I was getting quartered ones but these are better as they hold together. There's about 9 in a can

Healthy, excellent way to add veggies to diet
I like to enjoy these as part of a main meal, salad, or with a high protein addition. Healthy snack, and an excellent value.

Not a great product….
Outer leaves very tough. Inside leaves rather mushy. They were just OK.
