I tried a Ruger SR22 and a S&W Airlite revolver. They fit and and the holster was comfortable. My wife could not tell I was wearing it when I wore Wrangler jeans. I also tried an HK 40 compact. It fits fine but is uncomfortable, no fault of the holster, it is just to big and dug into my ankle. It also printed badly.
