Surprisingly LOVE this thing
I saw something like this (not this exact brand) advertised on TikTok. I have been using hard wax for years, but only for areas like my face, underarms and bikini area. I never got the hang of it for large areas like my legs or arms. I thought that when I discovered sugar waxing about a year ago that I had really found something. But for me sugaring takes FOREVER to get even a portion of my leg done, and my hands are freaking tired before I've made any progress. So this thing I was really intrigued by, however I saw some not so great reviews so I fully intended to give it a try just to satisfy my curiosity, and thought I would return it. What I did not expect was to be obsessed with how easy this is to use and how quickly I was able to cover large areas. This thing is honestly a game changer for me. Does it get a little messy like some negative reviews say? Sure, but honestly a lot less messy than I was expecting based on what others were saying (show me a waxing method that is completely clean, I'll wait). So that point is out the window because it is far less of a con that the pros for this device. Bottom line this thing works and it is a time saver. That's what I need so this is a win for me. One thing I do like about sugaring better than this, is how easy it is to remove unwanted residue. The sugar dissolves in water so you can just hop in the shower, but this you have to make sure you're not being a slop with your soft wax. Easiest way I've removed this unwanted soft wax is while in the shower, soap up one of those exfoliating mitts and go in a circular motion over your skin. No problem.

Effective and Impressive! I'll surely be back for more :)
PROS: - Easy to use for beginners - Fast Shipping and Good Price - Great Packaging, Came with everything - Applies perfect amount of wax onto skin - Wax Residue easy to remove - Works well on sensitive skin and thick hair - Wax doesn't burn (not too hot, just enough to easily roll on wax) CONS: - Removal of the wax roller sticker was a messy disaster for me - Roller gets messy from time to time because sometimes the wax leaks out when rolling - Would be better with a longer cord - May take some time to get used to All in all it was an amazing product, good alternative to shaving and hard wax removal. The warmer is easy to use and helps you undergo through almost a painless process. I have thick hair and sensitive skin but the wax worked great! The after care wipes helped in removing excess wax easily and wax left no smell residue on my skin. Quick set up, great results, and would definitely recommend to a fellow beginner like me!

Convenient and Easy to Use
Purchasing this wax kit will definitely save you hundreds a year on wax appointments. I used to get my armpits waxed every 2-3 weeks at my local wax salon and now I can save more time and money by doing it at home. This kit is easy to use and set up. On 1 wax cartridge I was able to wax my armpits 8 times, plus waxing my partner's chest and arm hair 3 times. I'm sure I'm able to stretch it out more now that I'm more comfortable using it. It comes with a ton of muslin wax strip paper. There are a lot of reviews saying it takes a while for the wax to warm up, it took me about 35 minutes for the first time and then 20 minutes after the wax cartridge had been used 3-4 times. I suggest not pressing down so hard on the skin so that the roller can smoothly glide on the skin without the wax tugging on the hair. Take your time with getting to learn how to use it and it will definitely be worth the investment. It's super convenient for me to wax at home now without making appointments. Note: I've only used this wax roller kit on: armpits, arms, and chest hair.

How amazing is this product !!! Que increíble es este producto !
I had the pleasure of using the wax roller kit, and it exceeded all my expectations! This kit made the hair removal process incredibly easy and efficient. The roller design allowed for precise application, ensuring a smooth and even waxing experience. Not only did it remove unwanted hair effectively, but it left my skin feeling silky and soft. What truly impressed me was the overall convenience of the kit. The included accessories and clear instructions made the entire process a breeze. The wax quality itself was exceptional, ensuring minimal discomfort during the procedure. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of post-waxing care products, which left my skin feeling nourished and cared for. This kit is a game-changer for anyone looking for a hassle-free and effective way to achieve smooth, hair-free skin. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I highly recommend this wax roller kit to anyone seeking a top-notch waxing experience!

Gentle? Sure Jan. More like toxic sludge that removes a couple hairs. UPDATE: IT'S GROWING
I reallllllly wanted to like this product but it was soooooo hard to use. First off, it was not like what was in the ads. It was obviously a rip off of from China, with nonsense picture directions that tell you nothing and written directions whose translation doesn’t even meet the standards of Google translate. Next, once I got the wax hot, but not too hot (I tested it on my ‘wrist palm’ like they suggested), I tried it out and it took out about 1/4 of the hair, leaving behind sticky goo matted in my hair that would not come off with any further strips or more wax or anything. When I tried it on my leg it was worse, 1/10 the hair, if we’re being generous. But here’s the kicker: even though it was not nearly hot enough to burn, it tore up my skin so bad (pictures attached). I though it was just sensitive like after normal waxing, but then I got in the shower to attempt to scrub off the left over wax (impossible), and the water/soap/lotion I tried to clean and soothe burned soooooooo bad. It was so painful. It felt like I had a chemical burn or something. I’ve never reacted like this to any waxing ever. And then when I woke up the next morning every place that had been touched by wax was swollen and red like in the pictures. And it wasn’t just where I applied the wax either, it was where my hands had accidentally spread it too. The tip of my nose was actually swollen too from scratching it with trace amounts of wax on my fingers. This is toxic nonsense that doesn’t work anyway. UPDATE: It's spreading!!! It is not twice as big and on region that did not have wax to begin with. I am now assuming that where every they farmed the bees for this 'honey wax' was in the middle of a poison ivy patch.

Takes double the time to heat well
I tried using this and the roller is certainly good for beginners, but the wax takes FOREVER to heat. They say it needs 20 minutes in the warmer before it’s ready, but I kept testing the readiness of the lavender wax by rolling it onto a wax strip and it wasn’t coming off the roller anywhere close to smoothly until 40ish minutes in the warmer. Even then it wasn’t the ideal softness, and as someone else mentioned, the wax chamber cooled quickly so you have to work speedily. I’m going to try the honey wax chamber because the lavender is in an opaque container so you can’t see when it’s gotten liquid-like, which would help. The honey one is in a clear chamber so you can see when it’s liquid enough. Because the wax wasn’t quite ready, it went on my underarms sort of thick and inconsistent, and so when I pulled the strip it left small patches of hair here and there. It did work, technically, but it wasn’t a smooth or quick experience if you factor in the wax warming process.

Beginner friendly!
I just received this product yesterday. This is my first time not only using this brand, but this product and kit in general. I suggest letting the wax warm up for at least 40 mins- mine warmed up for an hour until it felt warm enough to glide on smoothly. Getting the wax started (for a brand new cartridge) was a bit difficult and timely (maybe 10 mins until I figured it out) but that was honestly the most difficult part for me. (Again, first time using this product ever) The cartridge does slide out of the warmer when you turn it upside down to apply to skin, I ended up just taking an old wash rag to hold onto the warmed wax cartridge and rolled the wax on without it being in the warmer ( might be a technique to make this work better but I have not figured it out yet) I managed to spend less than 10 mins per leg to wax them both completely. If you do use the warm wax roller not in the warmer when you apply I suggest setting it back in the warmer while you are not using it. ( After I put the wax on, I set it back in the warmer which i left plugged in, and it remained in there while I was applying the wax strips and pulling them to remove my hair, then took it out of the warmer to apply more wax) Overall l was very satisfied with how quick and easily I was able to use this product and I happy happy with the results!

Works great
I’ve had this for a while and use it at least once a month. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up for use. ! DONT USE IT UNLESS THE WAX IS FULLY MELTED ! It will pull at the hair and bruise your skin if you don’t let it heat up. The lavender wax didn’t work on my skin. It wouldn’t stick to the strip and I couldn’t get it off my skin and rubbed my skin raw.. I also keep it plugged into the wall while I use it to ensure the wax stays melted (probably not the safest way to keep it warm, use your own discretion) I flew through the strips. I recommend using gloves and to have the wax removal pad ready to use. Overall I’m glad I bought this product. Saved me a lot of money on going to a wax center.
