Clean and fresh roots
Lovely product, looks clean and fresh. Have re-ordered another.

Good quality.
The smell is not so great, however, that does completely disappear when boiled water is added.Taste fine. I feel it is good quality. Overall I’m very satisfied.It may be too soon to say but I believe it’s helping soothe my stomach.

I made the mistake of having a cup of this before bed and I was needing to go to the toilet for a wee all night. Has a nice taste though but drink it earlier in the day as it will make you go more frequently.

Too much small rounded sand
The roots has so much 'small rounded' sand in it - horrible! Unless you pay attention you will not notice but the sand settles at the bottom of your tea.
